Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Foyer des Essences account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Foyer des Essences app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (bottom-right tab).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2 — by email

Send a request from the email address linked to your account to info@foyerdesessences.com with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will delete your account and confirm within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, sign-in credentials, refresh tokens, push-notification tokens, language settings, and the link between your account and any promo code or subscription. If you have an active paid subscription, it is cancelled before deletion.

Payment records processed by Stripe are retained by Stripe according to its own policy and applicable law; no card details are ever stored on our servers.

Warning: deleting your account removes access to the subscriber archive permanently. A new account starts without archive access.

Удаление аккаунта (RU)

В приложении: Профиль → Удалить аккаунт → подтвердить. Либо напишите с почты аккаунта на info@foyerdesessences.com с темой «Account deletion request». Удаляются профиль, сессии, токены и привязка подписки; активная подписка отменяется. Действие необратимо.

Konto kustutamine (ET)

Rakenduses: Profiil → Kustuta konto → kinnitage. Või saatke konto e-postilt kiri aadressile info@foyerdesessences.com pealkirjaga «Account deletion request». Kustutatakse profiil, seansid, tunnused ja tellimuse seos; aktiivne tellimus tühistatakse. Toiming on pöördumatu.
